 “I think that the problem is if your on the community side – the soil-based side – this is the solution. This is agriculture as it should exist. If you are on the greenhouse side and you say ok this is agriculture as it should exist. If you are on the vertical farming side you’re saying – ok this is how it should work. When in fact it’s so much more about context. If you want to achieve deep sustainability or true sustainability with any of your projects, you have to really think about the context. Is there waste heat on site that I can use – if there is – maybe you should build a soil based farm – maybe it actually makes sense to build a greenhouse as you can reduce the most significant aspect of the carbon  footprint of that greenouse.” 17:30
